1. What Humax AI is — and is not
Humax AI Inc. is an AI literacy and education company. Our sole purpose is to translate the complexity of publicly available third-party AI tools — such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Anthropic's Claude — into simple, accessible, human language.
We do not own, develop, operate, or embed any artificial intelligence system.
Humax AI programs are a training method only. We teach you how to explore and use third-party AI tools in your own life, in your own way. What you do with that knowledge is entirely your own decision. We are a translation layer — nothing more.
All AI tools referenced in our programs are independent third-party platforms. Humax AI Inc. has no control over, and is not responsible for, the behavior, accuracy, output, data practices, features, pricing, or availability of any third-party AI tool.
2. Educational content only — not professional advice
Everything on our website, in our programs, and in any communication from us is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in our content constitutes:
- Legal advice — consult a licensed lawyer
- Financial or investment advice — consult a licensed financial advisor or accountant
- Medical or health advice — consult a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing in our programs addresses, treats, or supports any physical or mental health condition.

3. No guarantee of results
Humax AI Inc. makes no guarantee of any specific result, outcome, income, employment, health improvement, confidence level, or personal transformation from enrolling in our programs. Individual results depend entirely on your own effort, application, and circumstances — and on factors completely outside our control.
4. Your sole responsibility when using AI tools
When you use third-party AI tools, you are solely responsible for every piece of information you enter into those tools, your compliance with each tool's terms of service, and all decisions made based on AI-generated output. Humax AI Inc. has no access to and no control over any information you submit to a third-party platform.
A practical reminder: Never enter into a public AI tool any information you would not be comfortable sharing with a stranger — including financial details, medical information, government IDs, passwords, or anyone else's private data.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Humax AI Inc., its founder, employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, programs, or any third-party AI tool referenced in our content. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in connection with the specific program or resource in question.
