Community Guidelines
Effective date: May 4, 2026
Last updated: May 4, 2026
These Community Guidelines describe how we expect everyone — including us — to behave in any space connected to Humax AI Inc. They're not a wall of legalese. They exist so that the women in our community, in our programs, in our DMs, and in our comment sections, feel safe, respected, and welcomed.
These Guidelines apply alongside our Terms of Use.
1. Where these Guidelines apply
These Guidelines apply to every Humax AI space, including:
- Our program communities (any group, forum, or live call associated with The Foundation)
- Our social media accounts — currently Instagram (@humaxai) and TikTok (@humaxai), and any other platform we add in the future
- Comments, replies, and direct messages (DMs) on any Humax AI account
- Email replies to our team
- Persian Wings community spaces (English and Farsi)
- Live events, including livestreams, webinars, and any in-person gathering
If you're talking with us or with each other in a space connected to Humax AI, these Guidelines apply.
2. The principles
We ask everyone — students, followers, commenters, our team — to follow four principles.
2.1 Be respectful
Speak to others the way you'd want to be spoken to. Disagreement is welcome; cruelty is not. We don't tolerate harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, doxxing, or attacks based on someone's gender, age, race, religion, ethnicity, immigration status, language, ability, sexual orientation, body, or appearance.
2.2 Be honest
Be truthful about who you are. No impersonation of our team, our students, public figures, or anyone else. No fake accounts pretending to be Humax AI affiliates. No misleading claims about products, results, or your relationship to us.
2.3 Protect privacy
Don't share other people's personal information without their consent — addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, photos, screenshots of private conversations. If you want to share a story that involves someone else, change identifying details or get their permission first.
2.4 Keep it on-purpose
Our spaces exist for AI literacy, confidence, and learning. Off-topic spam, MLM recruitment, get-rich-quick schemes, sales of unrelated products, or repeated self-promotion will be removed.
3. Specific rules
3.1 No harassment
We remove and block accounts that target individuals — including our team, students, or any community member — with persistent unwanted contact, threats, slurs, sexual harassment, or coordinated pile-ons.
3.2 No discrimination
Comments, posts, or messages that demean people based on protected characteristics (listed in §2.1) are removed. Repeated violations result in a permanent ban.
3.3 No misuse of AI against people
Our community teaches the ethical use of AI. The following are absolutely prohibited in any Humax AI space:
- Sharing AI-generated content that depicts real people (including public figures) in sexual, violent, or defamatory situations
- Using AI to impersonate someone, including voice cloning, deepfakes, or face-swaps without consent
- Using AI to generate harassment, threats, or hate content
- Sharing prompts, techniques, or tools whose primary purpose is to bypass platform safety or harm individuals
3.4 No medical, legal, financial, or professional advice solicitation or provision
Our content is educational only. In our community spaces and DMs:
- Please do not ask our team or other students for medical, legal, financial, psychological, immigration, or career advice. We won't give it — not because we don't care, but because giving it would be irresponsible and potentially illegal.
- Members may share their own personal experiences, but those experiences are not advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions in these areas.
3.5 Confidentiality of community discussions
What is shared in a closed program community is meant to stay there. Don't screenshot, record, or repost private community conversations or live calls without the explicit consent of every person whose words or image you'd be sharing.
3.6 No solicitation or selling
Our community is not a marketplace. Don't pitch your business, recruit for an MLM, sell affiliate links, run paid promotions, or solicit other members' contact details without permission.
4. DMs and direct messages
We read DMs sent to our official accounts and reply when we can. Please understand:
- DMs are not professional advice. If you ask us a medical, legal, financial, or career question via DM, we will redirect you to a qualified professional. We will not give specific advice via DM, even informally.
- Response times vary. We aim to reply within 5 business days but cannot guarantee any specific response time.
- Volume limits. We may not be able to reply to every DM, especially during busy periods. This is not personal.
- Sensitive topics. If you message us about a mental health crisis, abuse, self-harm, or any emergency, we will direct you to professional crisis resources. We are not equipped to handle crisis support.
- DM screenshots. Please do not share our DM replies publicly without our consent. If you'd like to share something publicly, ask first.
5. Comments and tags on social media
5.1 Comments are public
When you leave a comment on @humaxai content (Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform), it's public. We may pin, reply to, like, or share constructive comments. We will hide or remove comments that violate these Guidelines.
5.2 Tagging us
You're welcome to tag @humaxai in your posts, stories, or videos. By tagging us, you grant Humax AI Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
- Repost your tagged content on our official accounts
- Save your tagged content for archival purposes
- Use the tagged content in our marketing materials (with credit to your handle), unless you tell us otherwise in writing
If you tag us and later change your mind about us using the content, write to connect@humaxai.ca and we'll remove it from any space we control.
5.3 Mentioning us in your content
If you talk about Humax AI in your own social posts, podcasts, articles, or videos:
- Please be accurate. If you describe our programs, methodology, or results, base it on what you've actually experienced or what's stated on our official site.
- Don't misrepresent yourself as an authorized affiliate, partner, or representative without written permission.
- Use the trademark symbol on first prominent use of The Humax AI Confidence Method™.
5.4 Negative reviews and criticism
You're entitled to your honest experience and opinion. Constructive criticism is welcome. We won't remove a negative comment just because it's negative.
We will remove comments that are dishonest (false claims about us), harassing, defamatory, or that violate any of the Guidelines above.
6. Reporting concerns
If you see behavior in any Humax AI space that violates these Guidelines, please report it:
Email: connect@humaxai.ca
Subject line: Community Concern
Please include:
- The platform or space where it happened
- A link, screenshot, or description
- Your relationship to the situation (witness, target, etc.)
We treat every report seriously and confidentially. We do not retaliate against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
If you believe you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services (in Canada: 911) before contacting us.
7. Our response — and our removal rights
When someone violates these Guidelines, we may take any of the following actions, at our sole discretion and depending on severity:
- Hide or delete the content
- Issue a private warning
- Mute, restrict, or block the account
- Remove the person from our program community without refund (severe or repeated violations of §3.1, §3.2, or §3.3)
- Report the behavior to the platform or to law enforcement, where appropriate
- Pursue legal remedies for defamation, harassment, or threats
We do not owe any individual a public explanation for moderation decisions. We aim to be fair, but we will always prioritize the safety and dignity of the broader community.
8. Our own conduct
These Guidelines apply to us too. Our team agrees to:
- Treat every learner, follower, and commenter with respect
- Respond to good-faith questions in good faith
- Acknowledge mistakes when we make them and correct them publicly
- Not engage in piling on, public shaming, or personal attacks
- Decline politely when asked for advice outside our scope, and point to qualified resources
If you believe a member of the Humax AI team has violated these Guidelines, please report it to connect@humaxai.ca with the subject line "Team Conduct Concern." Reports go directly to the founder.
9. Updates to these Guidelines
We may update these Guidelines as our community grows and as new platforms or situations come up. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
