Welcome. These Terms of Use govern your use of www.humaxai.ca and the programs offered by Humax AI Inc. By using our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If anything is unclear, write to us at connect@humaxai.ca.

1. Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enroll in a program. Our content is intended for personal, educational use only.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us at connect@humaxai.ca if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close any account that violates these Terms.

3. Programs — what's included

What's included: Digital course materials, video lessons, written guides, and any community or support feature listed on the specific program page. What's not included: One-on-one coaching, professional certifications, employment guarantees, or professional advice of any kind.

After purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation and program access details within 24 hours via Thinkific.

4. No refunds — all sales final

All sales are final. Because our programs are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for any reason.

We encourage you to begin with the free Foundational Digital Guide before enrolling so you can experience our approach firsthand. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a program you purchased, contact us within 48 hours at connect@humaxai.ca and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Acceptable use and conduct

When you use our programs, you agree to use the content for your own personal learning only and to not share, copy, redistribute, resell, or republish any program material. You agree not to use our content to train or develop any AI model, and not to reverse-engineer or systematically download content from the site.

You agree to treat our team and any community members with respect and in good faith. We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately and without refund if you engage in abusive, harassing, threatening, or bad-faith behaviour toward Humax AI Inc., its founder, employees, or any member of our community. This applies to communication via email, any community platform, or any other channel.

We are building a safe, respectful space for women who are learning. Conduct that undermines that safety will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

6. Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at connect@humaxai.ca before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any genuine technical issue. Initiating a chargeback for a digital product that has been delivered and accessed, without first contacting us, is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site and within our programs — including text, images, video, audio, downloadable resources, the Humax AI logo, and The Humax AI Confidence Method™ — is the intellectual property of Humax AI Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. 8. Educational content — not professional advice

Humax AI is an AI literacy and education platform. We teach you how to use third-party AI tools. We do not own, develop, or operate any AI system. Our content is educational only — not legal, financial, medical, psychological, or career advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.

9. Testimonials

If you share your experience with us, we may publish it only with your explicit written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to connect@humaxai.ca. We do not publish fabricated or composite testimonials.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Humax AI Inc. makes no guarantee of specific results, income, employment, or transformation. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
