Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy before enrolling in any Humax AI program.
1. All sales are final
We do not offer refunds on any digital program or product. Because our programs are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final from the moment your order is confirmed.
We encourage every woman to begin with the free Foundational Digital Guide before enrolling in a paid program. It's always free and gives you a genuine experience of our approach, our tone, and The Humax AI Confidence Method™ before any financial commitment.
2. Technical access issues — the only exception
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a program you purchased, contact us within 48 hours of purchase at connect@humaxai.ca with the subject line "Access Issue" and your order confirmation number.
We will resolve the issue promptly. This exception applies to genuine technical access failures only — not to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any other reason.
3. What is not eligible for a refund
- Change of mind or decision not to continue
- Dissatisfaction with program content after access has been granted
- Purchasing the wrong program
- Failure to use or complete the program
- Any purchase made more than 48 hours ago
- The Digital Guide (it is already free)
4. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at connect@humaxai.ca before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any genuine technical issue.
Initiating a chargeback for a digital product that has been delivered and to which access has been granted — without first contacting us — is a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in permanent account termination and referral to our payment processor for dispute resolution.
We are here to help. If something went wrong technically, reach out to us first. We will fix it.
5. Program access period
All paid programs include 12 months of digital access from the date of enrollment. After 12 months, your account moves to expired status. There are no recurring charges — our programs are one-time purchases.
