All content on www.humaxai.ca and within Humax AI programs is the intellectual property of Humax AI Inc. and is protected under Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law.

1. What we own

Humax AI Inc. owns, or has licensed for use, all of the following:

• Brand assets — the Humax AI name, logo, color system, typography selections, and visual identity
• Trademarks — including The Humax AI Confidence Method™
• Program content — written lessons, video and audio recordings, downloadable guides, journal templates, prompt libraries, slides, worksheets, and any associated graphics
• Website content — all text, imagery, layouts, and code on www.humaxai.ca
• Persian Wings content — all Farsi-language content, materials, and brand expression created under the Persian Wings initiative
• Methodology — the structure, sequencing, and pedagogical approach of The Humax AI Confidence Method™

2. Our trademarks

The following are trademarks of Humax AI Inc.:

• The Humax AI Confidence Method™
• The Foundation, The Pathway, The Freedom (program names)
• Persian Wings (initiative name)
• The Humax AI logo and wordmark

You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission, except to refer to Humax AI Inc. accurately (for example, in a journalistic article or a citation).

3. What you can do with our content

When you enroll in a Humax AI program, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

• Access program content during your 12-month access period
• Make personal notes, journal entries, and personal-use copies of downloadable resources
• Apply what you learn to your own life and work

4. What you may not do

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or republish any of our content — in whole or in part — on any platform, including social media, blogs, courses, newsletters, or downloadable products
• Share your account login with anyone else
• Record, screenshot, or transcribe video lessons or live calls (where applicable) for distribution
• Use our content to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI model — human or commercial
• Translate or adapt our content into another language for any purpose other than your own personal learning
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download content from the site
• Use our trademarks, logo, or brand name in your own marketing, products, or services
• Create a competing product that copies the structure, sequence, or distinctive elements of our methodology

5. User-submitted content

If you share content with us — testimonials, reviews, photos, written stories, community contributions — you keep the ownership of what you create. By sharing it with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in our marketing and educational materials, with your explicit written consent and the right to withdraw at any time. See our Terms of Use §8.

6. Copyright infringement notices

If you believe someone is infringing your copyright using our platform, or that something on our site infringes yours, please write to us with the details:

Please include:

1. A clear identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
2. The location (URL) of the alleged infringing material
3. Your contact information
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

We will review every notice in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.

7. Persian Wings note

All content created and published under the Persian Wings initiative — Farsi-language pages, programs, journals, and community materials — remains the intellectual property of Humax AI Inc. Persian Wings is a cultural initiative of Humax AI Inc., not a separate legal entity for copyright purposes.

8. Reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted to you in our Terms of Use or in this Intellectual Property statement are reserved by Humax AI Inc.
